Tuber Specifications:
Tubers are sold individually and guaranteed to have at least one viable eye and the correct variety labeled.

Tuber Order Cancellations:
Tuber orders cannot be cancelled after purchasing and cannot be combined.

Refund Policy for Unfulfilled Orders:
A full refund will be issued in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to storage failure or other inventory-related issues.

Inspection and Return Policy:
Customers are granted a 24-hour inspection period upon receipt of the tubers to report any issues. Claims must be submitted within this time-frame. After 24-hours we are not liable for losses resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to plant performance, rot, sub-optimal growing conditions, pests, improper care or storage failure.

Refund and Replacement Discretion:
The issuance of refunds, replacements, or other remedies is solely at the discretion of the seller, based on the circumstances of each case.

Bouquet Specifications:
Each bouquet is created with seasonal flowers, we cannot guarantee any specific flower to be included unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy for Unfulfilled Orders:
A full refund will be issued in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to unexpected circumstances or loss of crop.

Cancellation Policy:
If a bouquet order is cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time. If the customer fails to pick up the bouquet within 24 hours of the designated pickup time, no refund will be granted, and the order will be considered forfeited.
